Step 1: Ideation & Prior Art Search — We begin with a confidential discussion with the inventor or resource person to understand the innovation, its technical aspects, and potential applications. Through in-depth brainstorming sessions, we map the innovation to relevant IP categories and conduct a thorough prior art search across 5-10 global IPR portals including the Indian Patent Office, USPTO, EPO, WIPO/PCT, Google Patents, Espacenet, and other country-specific databases. The objective is to justify the ideology and novelty of the concept—determining if the idea is truly exciting, new, and non-obvious before proceeding further.

Step 2: Concept Design & Detailing — Once novelty is confirmed, we work closely with the inventor to refine and detail the innovation. We elaborate on technical specifications, design claims and embodiments, and prepare detailed descriptions of the invention. For design patents, we create drawings, renderings, and ornamental descriptions; for utility patents, we detail the working, components, methodology, and industrial applications. The goal is to create a complete and precise representation of the invention that meets all legal requirements for IP protection.

Step 3: IPR Validation — We validate the innovation against legal and technical criteria to ensure it qualifies for protection. This involves checking for novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability (for patents); distinctiveness (for trademarks); and originality (for copyright).
